KAY D. WYNNE

ATLANTA, Ga. -- K-K Wynne, 67, died Tuesday at Piedmont Hospital. K-K was first and foremost a military wife; she accompanied her husband to Air Force assignments around the globe. She subsequently developed a successful career in Event Management with the Marriott Corporation. She was a devoted member of the Peachtree Presbyterian Church, and a past president of the Mariners Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. Harry J. Wynne.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Michael Donner and Jackie Johnson Wynne; grandson, Jake Wynne, of Modesto, Calif.; a daughter, Dr. Julie Wynne of Macon, Ga.; brother and sister-in-law, the Rev. and Mrs. Paul H. Donner of Paducah, Ky.; sister and brother-in-law, the Rev. and Mrs. Frank Zirbel of Harrisonville, Ark.
The family will receive visitors at the Kellett Chapel of Peachtree Presbyterian Church Friday at 10 a.m. Memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. She will be interred with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mariners Sunday School Class of Peachtree Presbyterian Church, 3434 Roswell Road NW, Atlanta, Ga. 30305.
