The Rev. Robert Isler, 78, of 107 Whitfield Drive, Goldsboro, died Saturday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
The viewing will be held Monday at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 South George Street, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Mt. Zion Disciples Church. Apostle Tino Bell will officiate.
The burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
He was a native of Wilson County, and was preceded in death by his parents, Isaac Isler and Vivian Hobbs Isler. He was the ordained minister of Mt. Zion Disciples Church, and was also a former employee of Dewey Brothers of Goldsboro.
Among his survivors are his wife, Marlene Outlaw Isler, of the home; three sons, Steven Isler, of San Mateo, Calif., Gregory Isler, of Goldsboro, and Eric Isler of New York; one daughter, Victoria Isler of New York; and six grandchildren.
