WARSAW -- George Mack Pridgen, 50, died Wednesday evening at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington.
A graveside service was held today at Pinecrest Cemetery of Warsaw with the Rev. Mitchell Rivenbark officiating.
He is survived by his mother, Irene Pridgen Brinson, and husband, Willard Brinson, of Kenansville; a sister, Cindy Joyce Peterson; a nephew, Alan Jarvis of Duluth, Minn.; and two great-nieces, Wren and Lelyana Jarvis of Duluth.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Pridgen.
Extended family and friends will be received at the Brinson home, 309 S. Main St., Kenansville.
