Cathy Lee Forte, 50, 802 National Dr., died Sunday.
The funeral will be held Friday at St. James A.M.E. Zion Church with the Rev. Michael Farrell officiating. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Lee and Lillie Newkirk Lee.
She was employed at Wal-Mart.
She is survived by her husband, James Leon Forte of the home; three sons, Andre Thomas of Japan, Leon Forte of Raleigh and James Forte of Winston-Salem; a daughter, Tamara Greenfield of Goldsboro; three sisters, Alberta Hall of Beulaville, Evelyn Boney of Rose Hill and Irene Ellis of Jacksonville; and four grandchildren.
The viewing will be held Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home.
