The funeral for Odell Thomas Sr. will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Branch Memorial Church, 500 S. Gulley St. Bishop D.L. McIntyre will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
He is survived by seven sons, four daughters, four brothers, three sisters, and 12 grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 2 until 7 p.m. today at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries and the family will be present to receive friends from 6 until 7 this evening. At other times the family will be receive friends at the home of Willie and Vanessa Thomas, 1103-A Olivia Lane, Goldsboro.
