RAUL M. DE ARAUJO

A Mass of Christian Burial for Raul Martin de Araujo, 68, of Walnut Creek, will be held Saturday morning at 9 at Saint Mary Roman Catholic Church. The Rev. Joseph Ntuwa will officiate.
Mr. de Araujo died Sunday.
He was a native of Portugal and was the son of the late Guilherme de Araujo and Julia Martin de Araujo. He was a member of Saint Mary Catholic Church, the Tide Water Carolina Seniors Golf Association and the Walnut Creek Golf Association.
He is survived by his wife, Olinda de Araujo; three sons, Paul de Araujo and his wife, Amelia, of Edison, N.J., Dr. William de Araujo and his wife, Lori, of Goldsboro and Luke de Araujo and his fiancée, Sally, of West Orange, N.J.; one daughter, Loren Harkay and her husband, John, of Medford, N.J.; three brothers, Guilherme de Araujo and his wife, Rosa, of Brazil, Jack de Araujo and his wife, Adelaide, of Union, N.J., and Joseph de Araujo and his wife, Laura, of Clark, N.J.; one sister, Maria Ribeiro and her husband, Amadeu, of Union, N.J.; brother-in-law, Rui Pereira; and eight grandchildren, Benjamin, Rachel, Mason, Olivia, Madison, Samuel, Sophia and Isaac.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Candida Pereira.
The family will receive friends in the vestibule of the church following the service on Saturday morning.
