The funeral for Ruth Dixon Pitt, 74, of 1508 S. Slocumb St., will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at St. James Christian Church on Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway in Wilson. Burial will be in Saint Delight Cemetery in Greene County.
The wake will be held tonight from 7 until 8 at St. James Christian Church.
Barnes Funeral Home in Wilson is serving the family.
