Lee Ann Creech Belongie, 39, died Monday at her home in Oxford.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Flowers Funeral Home in Henderson. The Rev. Michael Williams will conduct the service.
Mrs. Belongie was born in Goldsboro to the late Marvin Vernon and May Benson Creech. She was a licensed practical nurse at Henderson Family Medicine Clinic, was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and was a former Rainbow Girl.
She is survived by her husband, John Belongie; two daughters, Samantha Lee Belongie and Alex Belongie, both of the home; and a brother, William "Bill" Creech, and his wife, Debbie, of Clayton.
The family will receive friends at Flowers Funeral Home immediately following the memorial service, and other times at the residence at 104 Royall Road in Oxford.
