REV. HENRY WILLIAMS

DUDLEY -- The funeral for Rev. Henry F. Williams, 85, of 351 Sleepy Creek Road, will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at White Oak Disciples Church of Christ, Newton Grove. Bishop Charles J. Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery.
Rev. Williams died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He was the son of the late Elder James M. and Esther Williams.
He is survived by three sons, Henry Williams Jr., Elliott Williams and John Williams of Dudley; four daughters, Pearlie Mae Green of Grantham, Esther West of Dudley, Linda Faye Oates of Charlotte and Carol Blandshaw of Raleigh; one brother, Roy Williams of Fayetteville; two sisters, Minister Mable Williams of Fayetteville and Mary A. Grantham of Bronx, NY; and five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 5 until 8 today at Garris Funeral Home in Mount Olive and the family will be present from 7 until 8 to receive friends.
