VICKIE H. O'NEAL

GREENVILLE -- Vickie Hardee O'Neal, 62, sister of Vivian H. Dail of Goldsboro, died Sunday following a short illness.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery.
Mrs. O'Neal, a native and lifelong resident of Pitt County, was a graduate of Ayden High School. For more than 20 years, she worked at Pitt County Memorial Hospital as an administrative secretary, and had recently retired.
In addition to her sister, Mrs. O'Neal is survived by her husband of 43 years, William M. "Bill" O'Neal; one son, William M. O'Neal Jr. of Greenville; two daughters, Kathryn O. Ford of Knightdale and Anna O'Neal of Raleigh; two brothers, George Hardee and Michael "Mike" Hardee of Ayden; another sister, Janice H. Bundy of Greenville; and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the cemetery during the hour prior to the service on Wednesday afternoon.
