Taffy Blank, 53, of 1713 Peachtree St., died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Born in Lenoir County, she was the daughter of the late Rosa Elizabeth Toler.
She is survived by her father, Jimmy Chase of LaGrange; three daughters, Cynthia Brown Shirley of Goldsboro, Lora Edmundson and Candice Edmunson both of Missouri; and three grandchildren.
The family is being served by Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home & Crematory.
