A memorial service for Teresa De-Jesus Valentin Connor will be held Saturday at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
She died Thursday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A native of Mayaguez, Pureto Rico, she was married to Clifton E. Connor and was a homemaker.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Luis Rodriguez, and his wife Theresa, of Wilmington; two daughters, Tina Evans of Oak Island, N.C., and Anna Maxwell and her husband, Thomas, of Oklahoma; one sister, Lou Vargis of New York; two half sisters, Petra Rivera of Florida and Carmen Rodriguez of Puerto Rico.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the memorial service.
