NANCY GUTHRIE
KENANSVILLE -- Nancy Kornegay Grady Guthrie, 79, passed away Friday, January 20, 2006, at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Guthrie is survived by one son, Tommy Grady, and his wife, Katrina, of Kenansville; two daughters, Carolyn Grady Price, and husband, Ben, of Kenansville and Cathy Kirby Best and husband, Bobby, of Mount Olive; two stepchildren, Charles B. Guthrie III of Georgia and AnnElla Gorden and husband, Rick, of Georgia; sister, Glenda Parnell and husband, Don, of Virginia Beach, Va.; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Frasca and husband, Ralph, of Indian Harbor Beach, Fla.; and nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and two step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Benson Guthrie Jr.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, January 23, at Community Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation was held Sunday, January 22, from 7 until 9 p.m. at Community Funeral Home.
