Steven Proctor, 29, 937-A Fairview Circle, died Wednesday in Houston, Texas.
He was the son of the late Walter June Proctor and Rebecca Sanders.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Juniper Grove Disciple Church of Four Oaks. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery of Wilson Mills.
He is survived by his wife, Yolanda Simmons of the home; a daughter, Terria Proctor of Selma; two stepsons, Mario and Joshua of the home; a stepdaughter, Donisha of the home; a brother, Dale Sanders of Four Oaks; a sister, Kimberly Middleton of Four Oaks; a stepsister, Alicia Ford of Four Oaks; a stepbrother, Germaine Richardson of Clayton; and grandmothers, Doris Sanders of Four Oaks and Uneeda Ford of Smithfield.
The body may be viewed Wednesday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
