Emmett William Ballree, 89, of 774 Old Grantham Road, died today at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The family will receive friends at the home of his son, Mount Olive Police Chief Emmett Ballree at 152 Crest Drive in Mount Olive.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home of Goldsboro.
