The funeral for George Ward, of 408 Johnson Branch Road, will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Lightner Funeral Home Chapel. Evangelist Sally Mozingo will officiate. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
Mr. Ward is survived by two sons, Robert Grantham of the home and Earlee Grantham of Washington, D.C.; and one sister, Grace Whitlock of New Jersey.
The viewing will be one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
