HELEN H. TAYLOR
WINTERVILLE -- Helen Alma Hinson Taylor, of 1515 Winding Branches Drive, died Sunday at her home.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service with Dr. J. David Griffin officiating. Interment will be in Snow Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Taylor was a native of Greene County and was the daughter of the late, William Clarence and Alma Fields Hinson. She lived in Greene County until relocating to Winterville following the death of her husband, James William "Jimmy" Taylor Jr. She was a retired bookkeeper and a member of the Winterville Christian Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Sarah Helen Taylor of Winterville; two sisters, Virginia H. Grimm and husband Roy of Durham and Janie P. Briley and husband Cal of Morehead City; and one brother, Carl R. Hinson and wife Betty of Morehead City.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 7 until 9 p.m. at Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service, and other times at the residence.
