JAMES M. SUGGS
The funeral for Elder James Madison Suggs, of 928-B Hugh St., will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Maranatha Seventh-day Adventist Church, 212 E. Oak St. The Rev. Darryl Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
Mr. Suggs died Wednesday, March 2, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Lenoir County on Oct. 25, 1922, to the late Cashwell and Eliza Dawson Suggs. He was a retired brick mason.
He is survived by a son, John Earl Suggs of Mount Olive; and four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The viewing will be held Saturday from 3 until 8 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel in Goldsboro.
