ORIN AYCOCK
The funeral for Orin Clifford Aycock, 92, of 2419 Hwy. 581 N., Pikeville, will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home in Princeton. Burial will be on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Nahunta Cemetery.
Mr. Aycock died Saturday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
He was the son of the late Luby Randolph and Jincy Harris Aycock. He was married to Lettie Pope Aycock for 37 years, and after her death he married Virginia Dildy Aycock, who survives.
He also is survived by two sons, Orin Franklin Aycock of Pikeville and Woody Randolph Aycock of Hopkins, S.C.; two daughters, Judy Aycock Simpson of Lubbock, Texas and LaVerne Aycock Chestnut of Princeton; a stepson, Mike Aycock; two stepdaughters, Mahlon Aycock and Betty Hux; and seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to and immediately following the service on Tuesday night.
