ROGER D. WARREN
FOUR OAKS -- The funeral for Roger Dean Warren, 64, of 4814 Devil Race Track Road, will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Western Assembly Building in Newton Grove. Dr. Alexander Cox will officiate. Burial will be in the Hills of the Neuse Cemetery in Smithfield.
Mr. Warren died Sunday at Johnston Memorial Hospital.
He was the son of the late Jason and Annie Warren and was a retired supervisor with K.R. Edwards of Smithfield.
Survivors include his wife, Mattie P. Warren of the home; four daughters, Cynthia Warren, Linda Warren and Debra Cromartie of Dudley and Amanda Covington of Smithfield; three sons, Charles A. Williams of Smithfield, Larry King of Grantham and Linwood Earl Sanders of Benson; 11 sisters, Gladys Newkirk of Warsaw, Mary Judd of Raleigh, Louise Williams of Selma, Doris Atkinson and Rebecca Warren of Dudley, Katie Snead and Sarah Weeks of Newton Grove, Annie Oates and Emma Draughorn of Dobbersville, Della Newsome and Rachel Warren of Grantham; and one brother, Willie Warren of Dobbersville; and 13 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 8 at the Western Assembly Building.
Garris Funeral Home is serving the family.
