MARY SHERARD
The funeral for Mary Jane Holloman Sherard, 84, widow of Paul Sherard, will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, where she was a member. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Sherard died Saturday in New Haven, Conn.
She is survived by four sons, Bishop Paul Sherard Jr. of Goldsboro, Carlton Sherard of Sumpter, Billy Ray Sherard of New Haven, Conn., and Reginald Sherard of Greenville, N.C.; five daughters, Miriam Henry and Debra Atkinson of Goldsboro, Karole Ford of Houston, Texas, and Betty Albrook and Paula Artis of New Haven, Conn.
The viewing hours will be from 2 until 7 today at McIntyre Funeral Home and the family will be present at 6 p.m. At other times the family will be at 404 E. Walnut St.
