TENECIA BROWN
DUDLEY -- Tenecia Brown, 29, died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Fu-neral Home & Crematory. The Reverend Bill Wilson will officiate. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
Ms. Brown was born in Wayne County on March 3, 1975, to Edna Barden Brown and the late Chester Brown. She was a 1993 graduate of Goldsboro High School and a graduate of East Carolina University with a bachelor of science degree in human services. She later received her master's degree. She was formerly employed with Eastern Regional Vocational Rehabilitation and was currently employed with Mecklenburg County as a Rehabilitation Therapist.
She is survived by her mother, Edna Jackson and husband, Douglas, of Dudley; one daughter, Zoe´ Tenecia Brown of the home; one brother, Chester Brown Jr. and wife, Myisha, of Goldsboro; and a special aunt, Ruth Brown Bunn of Goldsboro.
The viewing will be held on Saturday from noon until 1:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. The family will receive friends at the residence of her mother, Edna Jackson, 110 Edinburough Lane in Dudley.
