MARGIE A. PAUL
Mrs. Margie Adams Paul, 81 a resident of the Sterling House died Monday morning at her home.
A native of Lenoir County, Mrs. Paul was the daughter of the late Carrie Long and Joseph Adams. She was married to the late Claude Cleveland Paul Jr. Mrs. Paul was a long-time employee of the Cloth Barn and a dedicated member of First Christian Church.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m at First Christian Church with Rev. Dr. Fred Clarke and Dr. Penny Ziemer officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Dale Cemetery.
Mrs. Paul is survived by her children, Cleve Paul and wife Evelyn, Sandy Paul-McArthur and husband Pat, Greg Paul and Margo Parker, all of Goldsboro.
Her sisters, Dean Davis of Greenville, N. C., and Alma Kathryn Allen of Pantego, N.C., also survive.
Mrs. Paul is also survived by her grandchildren; Stephanie Ross and husband Steve, Mark Paul and wife Jo, April Jones and husband Tim, Natalie Paul, Adrienne Parker, Grayson Parker and Lauren McArthur.
In addition to her grandchildren she is survived by her great-grandchildren; Morgan Ross, Sam Ross, Kaylee Jones, Hunter Jones and Baby Boy Ross.
Mrs. Paul's pallbearers will be Mark Paul, Grayson Parker, Steve Ross, Tim Jones, Ken Paul and Chip Davis.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to First Christian Church, 1609 East Ash St. Goldsboro, N.C., 27530.
The family will receive friends today from 6 until 8 p.m at Seymour Funeral Home, and at other times at the home of Cleve and Evelyn Paul, 1409 East Mulberry Street, Goldsboro.
