CLYDE HARVEY
Clyde Mayo Harvey, 100, died Tuesday at the Brian Center.
She was born on March 31, 1904, in Wayne County to the late Jesse Sidney and Annie Mae Hooks Mayo.
A gathering to celebrate her life will be held tonight at 7 in the chapel of Shackleford Funerals and Cremations in Fremont. Interment will be on Thursday morning at 9 at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh.
Surviving are two sisters, Rachel Martin and Louis Hopkins of Virginia; a sister-in-law, Pearl Mayo; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service tonight.
