JOCELYN CARASQUILLO
Jocelyn "Joce" Luis Carrasquillo, 28, of Wilmington, died Saturday, March 13, while serving in the 120th Infantry Regiment of the National Guard in Iraq.
Funeral arrangements are still pending at Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
