PAULINE HORNE
Pauline E. Horne, 91, of 3338 Wayne Memorial Drive, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Bear Creek Association Headquarters, 1800 S. Slocumb Street. Bishop L.N. Forbes and the Rev. Roosevelt Taylor Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in St. Delight Cemetery in Walstonburg.
Surviving are six sons, Jasper Horne, Raymond Horne and Douglas Horne of Goldsboro, Marcellus Horne Jr. of Dudley, Chester Horne of Wilson and Curtis Lee Horne of Rocky Mount; a daughter, Rematha Williams of Baltimore, Md.; a sister, Beatrice Odessa Ward of Baltimore, Md.; two brothers, Javis Artis of Wilson and Jonah Artis of Walstonburg; and 28 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
The viewing hours will from 4 until 8 p.m. on Thursday at Hamilton Funeral Chapel in Wilson.
The family will receive friends at the residence each day from noon until 9 p.m.
