Seven Springs teen dies in shooting

The Wayne County Sheriff's office is investigating the shooting death of a Seven Springs 17-year-old Saturday.
According to a press release from Sheriff's Office Major Richard Lewis, deputies responded to a shooting at 332 Sanderson Road, Seven Springs, just before 11 p.m. on Saturday.
When the deputies and EMS arrived on scene, they found Carl Patrick Henry Leroy Jr. suffering from a gunshot wound. Before Leroy Jr. could be transported to the hospital, he died at the scene, according to the release
Lewis said that the investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made.
