Wayne Community College fall registration opens

Wayne Community College registration dates have been announced for students taking classes in the fall.
Officials advise early registration for students interested in having the best selection of courses.
Open registration for college credit courses will be held on Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. The next opportunities will be 8 a.m.-7 p.m., July 16, July 17 and Aug. 14; and 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Aug. 15.
New students must complete the enrollment process, take any necessary placement tests, and be accepted in order to register for classes. The steps that new students need to take are explained at www.waynecc.edu/apply-now/new-student/.
Classes offered on campus and Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, as well as distance education courses, run from Aug. 16 until Dec. 14.
Orientation dates have been scheduled throughout the summer, and tuition and fees are due in advance. Information on both, as well as registering in advance to attend one of the two-hour sessions, can be found on the college website.
