Man robbed at gunpoint on Roberts Street

A man was robbed at gunpoint along Roberts Street early Wednesday morning.
According a Goldsboro police report, the victim was on Roberts Street just before 5 a.m. Wednesday when he was approached by two black males.
One of the men put a gun to the victim's head and told him to "give it up."
The victim gave the two men $700 in cash, and the suspects then fled the scene going south on Roberts Street in a white vehicle.
Goldsboro police are investigating the robbery.
