A juvenile allegedly hit a 60-year-old substitute teacher in her left arm at Goldsboro High School Tuesday, according to a Goldsboro police report.
The substitute teacher told police that the juvenile had grabbed a pile of her student papers from her desk after she told him not to touch them.
She then took the papers out of the juvenile's hands, and he then allegedly hit her in the left arm twice with his hand.
The juvenile told police the teacher grabbed his wrist when she took the papers from him and he pushed her away.
The report said a juvenile petition would be completed on the incident, and the principal was made aware of what happened.
