Parade applications sought

The Wayne County Chamber of commerce is accepting applications for the 2017 Goldsboro Christmas parade.
For many years, the Jaycees took the lead for the annual event. Five years ago, the Chamber stepped up to carry the torch for the annual holiday event that is very much anticipated.
This year's parade will be Saturday, Dec. 2, at 4 p.m. Parade applications, guidelines and the route are available online, at www.waynecountychamber.com
