The preschool class at Kiddie Kampus on Rosewood Road have a big heart and are sending some of their unwanted clothes to other preschoolers who might have lost items during the flooding after Hurricane Harvey.

Preschoolers at the Kiddie Kampus Daycare and Learning Center in Rosewood wanted to help families experiencing loss from Hurricane Harvey.

In an effort to make a difference, the preschool class of 4 and 5 year olds decided to give some of their own clothes or purchase new ones to send to children in need, said Sadie Parrish, Kiddie Kampus teacher.

Parrish said the preschoolers have a "big heart" and wanted to help other little preschoolers recover from Hurricane Harvey by sharing some of their clothes. She is pleased to see her class reaching out to help the children in Texas.

The clothes were collected, and the Goldsboro Worship Center is taking care of delivering the items to Texas, she said.

Kiddie Kampus is located in the Rosewood community, at 1333 Rosewood Road.
