The Goldsboro Police Department says two arrests this week are the last to be made in its investigation into the Aug. 5 brawl at the Circle K on Wayne Memorial Drive.

D'Qurious Aaron Bradford, 19, of 119 Astor Court, turned himself in Aug. 28 at the Wayne County Magistrate's Office on the charge of disorderly conduct.

Tyriek Langston, 16, of 209 Fussell St., has also been charged with disorderly conduct after being arrested Aug. 25.

Bradford was given a $1,000 unsecured bond, while Langston received a $1,000 secured bond.

Maj. Anthony Carmon, head of the Goldsboro Police Department's Investigative Services Bureau, said he does not expect any additional warrants to be issued in the incident.

Four other people have been arrested in connection to the brawl that sent a teenager to the hospital.

Travion Lamontae Lewis, 23, of 110 Jake Drive, was arrested and charged Aug. 18 with disorderly conduct.

Adrane Lafette Swinson, 27, 212 Brookwood Drive, Jaikelvin Dyondra Maye, 28, 419 Slocumb St., and Kysheem Jayire Langston, 18, 718 Jackson St., were all charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 11.

The brawl -- estimated on a police report to have involved up to 150 people -- drew attention from the community after it was broadcast on a Facebook Live video.

Several people are seen hitting a young man between a car and a gas pump, who is knocked to the ground. Then, a group of men continue kicking and beating him.

The video shows one fight breaking out at the front door of the gas station before capturing the other fight in-between a car and a gas pump.

A press release said there were three fights in all -- the two in front of the gas station and another near the intersection.

The release confirmed there were off-duty officers across the street who saw the large crowd, but didn't see the fights break out.

It went on to say a clerk working at the gas station called 911 at about 2:34 a.m. and reported a "big group of people" were fighting in the parking lot.

By 2:42 a.m., 12 officers had arrived on the scene.

Police then went to Wayne UNC Health Care, where they learned a 17-year-old had been injured during the fights. His was the only reported injury.

After an investigation, police learned many people at the Circle K that night were out on the town and had gone to the gas station after the establishments closed before going home.

An initial police report on the fight said the 17-year-old had been dancing with the girlfriend of one of the suspects at Morgan's nightclub, and the teen told police that is why he was jumped.

Carmon said investigators had been unable to confirm this information and do not have a motive for the fight.

Even if the teenager was inside the bar before the fight, Carmon said it would not matter as it is not illegal.

"It's a private business and they can admit who they want to admit," Carmon said. "I'm sorry, as far as admitting -- of course serving alcohol is a different thing -- but I mean there's nothing I can do even if I said I saw him coming in and out of that business. There's no law against a 17-year-old being in a private business."
