Two men are facing larceny charges for allegedly stealing a trailer with a four-wheeler on it from someone on the Mar Mac community Jan. 8, according to a press release.

The release said a Mar Mac resident reported to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office that their trailer with a four-wheeler on it had been stolen, and that the stolen property was worth $4,000.

Deputies later found the trailer and four-wheeler and developed the two men as suspects.

James Leonard Stewart III, 32, of 214 Gray Ave., Dudley, and Dylan Shane Wilburn, 24, of 135 Crossbow Drive, Pikeville, are each charged with felony larceny and possession of stolen goods.

Stewart was given a $31,000 secured bond, while Wilburn was given a $22,000 secured bond for the charges.

Capt. Richard Lewis with the Wayne County Sheriff's Office did not return a phone call requesting more information on the case.
