A wreck outside of the Texas Roadhouse restaurant at 600 N. Berkeley Blvd. left one woman shaken up but otherwise uninjured Friday afternoon, said Goldsboro police and an eyewitness.
The wreck occurred at around 4:10 p.m. when a woman driving southbound in a silver Toyota Camry stopped to turn into the parking lot of the Texas Roadhouse. As she turned, she moved into the path of a white Chevrolet Cruze, which struck her vehicle on the front right corner, according to Goldsboro police officer Aaron Keefer.
Cory Jones, who stopped to allow the driver of the Camry to turn, said that she didn't see the other vehicle coming towards her. Keefer said that there were no injuries in the crash, and both drivers were walking around and speaking with friends shortly afterward. Northbound Berkeley Boulevard was temporarily reduced to one lane, and traffic was backed up for multiple blocks.
