Man allegedly assaults woman

A man allegedly damaged a woman's vehicle and then struck her in the side of the head Wednesday around 10:30 a.m., according to a police report.
Less Williams, 37, of 414 S. Wooten St., LaGrange, allegedly damaged the drivers door and windshield of a woman's vehicle before striking her in the side of the head and face.
When officers arrived on scene, Williams was pepper sprayed and arrested, the report says.
Williams was charged with resist, delay or obstruct, assault on a female and communicating threats.
He was given a $1,000 secured bond on the charges.
