On July 25, officers of the Goldsboro Police Department received a report of a break-in in the 300 Block of Wilmington Avenue where a suspect(s) stole a ladder, drill and a saw. Further investigation into the matter lead to warrants being secured on Jerome Ceaser, 42, for felony breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.
