Goldsboro man charged with multiple offenses

A Goldsboro man was arrested and charged with multiple drug offenses after a traffic stop on Sept. 7, according to a press release from the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.
Robert Lee Cole, 22, of 806-B Olivia Lane, was stopped by the Wayne County Sheriff's Office Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team on U.S. 117 South on Sept. 7.
During the course of the traffic stop, Cole was found to be in possession of heroin, marijuana, a concealed hand gun and drug paraphernalia.
Cole was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver heroin, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon.
He was put in the Wayne County Jail under a $2,500 secured bond.
