A patient at DaVita Dialysis has been accused of assaulting a worker that was attempting to treat him.
According to a police report on the incident, a worker saw that Ralph Odom was attempting to "pull out his needle lines" and the worker attempted to stop him.
As the worker attempted to stop him, Odom allegedly grabbed the worker's left hand and squeezed her fingers.
The worker tried to use her right hand to get Odom to let go of her left hand, the report says, and Odom grabbed the worker's left forearm and then grabbed the worker's right wrist.
Odom then allegedly began twisting the workers arm and thumb and began yelling at the worker, the report says.
The worker eventually got free of Odom's grasp and had bruises and scratches and their arm.
The worker reportedly left work immediately and got checked out at Raleigh Orthopedic. The report says Raleigh Orthopedic said the worker had tissue damage on her arm along with the bruises and scratches.
The worker told police she is unsure if she wishes to press charges against Odom at this time.
