Man arrested for exposing himself

A man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly exposing himself to a female in front of the Wayne County Courthouse.
According to a release from the Goldsboro Police Department, Chance Justin Reid, 21, of 314 Mulberry St., approached a female in front of the Wayne County Courthouse, made a lewd comment and exposed himself to her.
The woman reportedly tried to leave, and Reid allegedly grabbed both of her hands in an attempt to restrain her.
She then broke away and went to the magistrate's office for help.
Officers responded to the scene, found Reid still at the courthouse and arrested him.
Reid was charged with sexual battery and indecent exposure.
Reid was given a $5,000 secured bond.
