On July 9 around 12:25 a.m., a black male suspect broke into the Five Star Discount convenience store at 3515 Central Heights Road.
The suspect stole several thousand dollars worth of lottery tickets, currency, cigarettes and beer from the business.
The suspect was on foot and is described as a younger black male with dreadlocks or braids almost down to his shoulders. He is slender and has a tattoo or some other kind of dark marking on his left upper arm.
Anyone with any information about this break in should contact investigator Melvin at 919-580-4212.
