A naked man wandered into a person's home Wednesday afternoon and asked if he could take a shower. Johnnie Lee Medlin III allegedly entered the home of Annie Bynum, 81, Wednesday around 12:15 p.m. through an unsecured rear door to the residence. Ms. Bynum's son, David, was at the residence and found Medlin standing in the kitchen naked after seeing a pair of shorts and shoes on the ground beside the rear door to the house.
Medlin then reportedly asked Bynum if he could take a shower, and Bynum said he could. While Medlin showered, Bynum called police, who arrived and arrested Medlin. Medlin was reportedly acting confused and disoriented. Medlin was charged with breaking and entering and possession of drug paraphernalia and placed under a $2,500 secured bond in the Wayne County Jail.
