A victim who resides in Smithfield reported she was in a restaurant at 802 North Berkeley Boulevard in Goldsboro on May 25, 2016 when someone took her wallet from her purse and immediately made numerous charges on her credit cards at various locations.

The locations included Target, CVS, the Handy Mart in Princeton as well as various locations at stores in the Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh.

At the time of the initial report, $1,943 of charges were accrued on the victim's credit cards.
