On Tuesday, Oct. 13 at approximately 12:10 a.m. officers responded to the area of 300 West Spruce Street while responding to shots fired in the area and located Abdullah Ali Whitaker, 32, who was found deceased in a vehicle from an apparent gunshot.

Callers will remain anonymous and if your information leads to a felony arrest you will be given a cash reward for the information.
