Goldsboro woman carjacked at home

A Goldsboro woman arriving home Wednesday evening found herself confronted with a gunman as she got out of her car, according to a Goldsboro police report.
The man pointed a gun at her and stole her car, the report said.
The incident took place at the victim's Claiborne Street residence at 8:27 p.m.
Victoria Jolene Jordan told police she was getting out of her car when an unknown black man with short hair pointed a silver handgun at her and demanded her vehicle.
The suspect climbed into Ms. Jordan's black 2000 Nissan Pathfinder and drove away, heading north on Claiborne Street, the report said.
Also taken in the incident were Ms. Jordan's purse, wallet and phone. The total value of the items stolen is listed on the report at $8,250.
No additional information was listed on the report and no injuries were reported.
