On Sunday, Aug. 23, at 6:25 p.m., Donald Bailey reported he was walking home from Herman Park and was approached by two male suspects asking for cigarettes and money.
When Bailey said he didn't have either the suspects hit him in the face with a stick and their hands.
The first suspect is described as a black male with a goatee, 6 feet tall, about 170 pounds, with black hair with short braids wearing a black shirt. The second suspect is described as a black male with a goatee wearing a red t-shirt.
Bailey was transported for medical treatment and released.
