The Goldsboro Police Department is investigating two separate shootings and an armed robbery, all of which occurred over the weekend, according to police reports.
The first incident took place Friday afternoon.
Auston Robert Hobbs, 24, of Goldsboro, told police he was walking in the 600 block of Isler Street when he got shot in the hip.
Hobbs was driven to Wayne Memorial Hospital by a friend he would not name. No suspects are listed on the report.
Maj. Anthony Carmon said Hobbs was interviewed by police at the hospital, but he was not forthcoming about who shot him.
Later that same evening, an employee walking to his car after closing up shop at the Skylight Mini Mart at 720 E. Ash St. found himself being held at gunpoint.
Ali Hanshali, 23, told police he was taking some tax papers to the car when an unknown black man pointed a handgun at his head and demanded a bag Hanshali was holding. The bag held an undisclosed amount of cash. Also taken were Hanshali's car keys and wallet, which contained several bank cards. The suspect fled south on foot.
And on Sunday, at 5:27 a.m., a man walking in the 1100 block of Slaughter Street was struck in the leg by a bullet fired by an unknown person.
"Actually this was kind of a graze," Carmon said.
Wayne County EMS responded and transported William Antonio Caldwell, 47, to Wayne Memorial Hospital.
