Fourth of July closings

Most local, state and federal offices will be closed Friday for the Fourth of July holiday.
Goldsboro's City Hall will be closed on Friday, July 3, for the July 4 holiday. All city sanitation services scheduled for Friday will be serviced on Wednesday, July 1.
All Wayne County offices will be closed on Friday and will reopen on Monday, July 6.
Federal offices will be closed on Friday as well.
Fremont's town hall will be closed July 3 as well, but there will be no change to normally scheduled garbage pickup services.
Mount Olive's town hall will be closed July 6, but will be open on Friday. Regular household trash pickup will not be affected by the schedule change, but the recycling center will be closed on Monday. Yard waste pickup usually serviced on Mondays or Tuesdays will be moved to Wednesday, July 8.
Pikeville's town hall will be closed Friday for the holiday, and garbage pickup will run on Thursdays as usual and will remain unaffected by the town hall closure.
The Wayne County Chamber of Commerce will be closed Friday and will reopen Monday.
The Wayne County Public Library will close on July 4, and the Senior Center will close on July 3 and 4. The Wayne County landfill office will be closed on July 3, although the dump sites will remain open and not close until July 4.
Carolina Southern Sanitation will not be affected by the holiday.
