Arrest made in northern Wayne break-ins

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office arrested a man believed to be responsible for several break-ins reported in northern Wayne County, according to a press release issued Friday.
Joshua Ryan Outlaw, 19, 2104 Oberry Road, is charged with three counts each of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods. He is currently being held in the Wayne County Detention Center under a $15,000 secured bond.
"Some property has been recovered. Not all of it, but some of it has," Maj. Tom Effler said.
Property including outdoor equipment, copper tubing, and tools, as well as electronics, were reported stolen from three separate residences off of U.S. 117 over the last week, he said.
