Man stabbed, snubs lawmen

A Goldsboro man stabbed during an altercation early Friday morning refused to cooperate with police, according to a Goldsboro police report.
Willie Earl Dickens Jr., 37, of Edgerton St., was stabbed once in the upper chest by an unknown person in the 1800 block of Day Circle at about 3 a.m., the report said.
Police and paramedics responded, but Dickens refused to say who stabbed him.
